Corporate Complete. Our corporate deal includes a fully flexible and cancellable fare. That means you can change the dates of the booking without incurring an amendment fee (normally $33) and even cancel the booking on the day and not be charged for the room (normally full fee applies). The room includes a minimum Queen Deluxe Room with writing desk and broadband/Wi-Fi included. Corporate Complete guests are given priority preference for any free room upgrades available on the day (eg into a City View room) and we also try to book repeat corporate travellers into their preferred room number if they specify one. The deal also includes a standard continental breakfast with choice of cereal, bottle of fresh milk, a tub of fruit and tub of yoghurt, a croissant, butter and jam portions, orange juice, muesli bar and a piece of fresh fruit. We supply the breakfast pack to the guest’s room in the evening and store the milk, yoghurt, butter and orange juice in their mini bar fridge so that the guest can access their breakfast as soon as they wake up.
